Stand up recipes for plate cost without typing every onion by hand. Scan menus for dishes missing recipe costs, then draft ingredient lists one product at a time.

  • Uses product name, description, category, options—and photo on Premium—to draft a dish-specific recipe.
  • Matches existing ingredients by exact name, or creates catalog rows so you don’t get duplicate “tomato” entries.
  • New ingredients start at $0 cost until you set purchase cost—no fake margins.

Why operators care

Plate-cost P&L only works when recipes exist. Kitchen Setup gets you from blank recipe tabs to something you can tune—so inventory depletion and true COGS can start working.
